People are born into cultures. They are taught to act, look,. and speak a certain way. Some cultures may find things commonplace, whereas others frown upon such activities. This establishes evil between different cultures. For example, the Tree People of Pupua New Guinea have a unique system to inflict punishment and solidify justice. Most cultures use correctional facilities as a consequence for a crime, but the Tree People use cannibalism. This is something that we consider completely wrong and is extremely frowned upon in most parts of the world. but this is just how they choose to correct the flaws in their system. Another example would be the legal distribution of marijuana in Amsterdam. In the United States, recreational drugs are frowned upon by many people. People with these views feel that those that use recreational drugs are bad for society and corrupt. However,. In Amsterdam it's viewed as just another fun, recreational past time. With these examples, it's obvious to see that how we're brought up and the cultures we grow up in influence what we consider to be evil.
